SPEEDFACTORY RACING HPX (24X12X4.5) DUAL BACKDOOR INTERCOOLER 3" INLET & 3.5" OUTLET - DBD-1200HP

The SpeedFactory DBD-1200 Dual Backdoor Intercooler is built with a high quality 4.5" thick SpeedFactory Air-to-Air Intercooler Core, featuring bar and plate construction with a very specific staggered fin combination engineered to achieve maximum cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop. Our custom engineered end tanks are carefully hand-formed in house from H-3 5052 aluminum and are fully TIG welded. This 1000-1200HP rated, smooth-flowing intercooler was designed specifically to fit tidily between the front framerails on street/racing applications, and requires minimum charge pipe lengths.
This intercooler comes standard with 3" inlet / 3.5" outlet bead rolled tube ends. Vibrant Performance Vanjen clamps are also available upon request for faster, more secure charge pipe connections. Please call or email us before you place your order if you would like the Vanjen flanges welded to your intercooler. All of our intercoolers ship complete with the SpeedFactory logo stenciled on the face of the core and have M8x1.25mm aluminum mounting bungs already attached for easy installation.
